Delete your Decurion account

Effective November 3, 2026

Decurion is security operations software for security companies, developed by TMW Digital, LLC. This page explains how to delete a Decurion account, what happens to your data when you do, and what to do if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to Decurion, open More, choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

This works in both the Android and iOS apps.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@tmwdigital.com from the email address on your Decurion account with the subject line "Delete my Decurion account".

If you can no longer reach that mailbox, include your full name, the name of the company you worked for, and your role. We will confirm the request with a company administrator before deleting anything.

We may ask you to confirm you are the account holder. We will reply when the account has been deleted.

If you are a company owner, transfer ownership first

A company must always have an owner. If you are the only owner of a company that still has other members, Decurion will not delete your account until you transfer ownership of that company to another administrator. The app refuses the deletion, tells you why, and lists the companies involved.

To continue: sign in, transfer ownership of each company listed to another administrator in that company, then choose More, Delete account again.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, Decurion deletes or clears:

  • Your profile details - name, email address, phone number, preferred name, profile photo, mailing address, and emergency contact - which are cleared and replaced with a deactivated "Deleted user" profile
  • Your sign-in record, so the account can no longer sign in to Decurion
  • Your company memberships and the roles and permissions attached to them
  • Client account access and client assignments granted to you
  • Your saved active-company selection
  • Push notification tokens registered to your devices
  • On-duty location pings recorded against your user account

The app also clears its local data for your companies when you sign out or lose membership in a company.

What is kept

Work records belong to the security company you worked for, not to your personal account. Deleting your Decurion account does not delete them, because companies keep them for payroll, invoicing, insurance, licensing, and legal reasons. These records keep the user ID and the author name that were recorded when they were created, so the company can still show who did what.

Records that stay with your company:

  • Time clock entries, including clock-in and clock-out times and the location recorded with each punch, used for payroll and billing
  • Security reports you filed, including the report text and any photos you attached
  • Radio text messages you sent to a company channel
  • Incident, compliance, training, and scheduling records you were part of

We keep your company's data for as long as the account is open. When an account or an entire company is closed, we purge its personal data within 90 days, including profiles, security reports and their photos, time-clock and location records, radio messages, and push tokens. Some records may be kept longer where tax or other law requires it.

Deleting a whole company

This page covers a person's own account. To close an entire company workspace, email the address in "Delete your account without the app" above.

Decurion is developed by TMW Digital, LLC. Questions about a deletion request can be sent to the address in "Delete your account without the app" above.
